Wolf makes it four in a row
Home favourite Jenny Wolf won her fourth 500 metres world title in a row while the US were surprise men's team pursuit winners at the speed skating world championships in Inzell, Germany.
World-record holder Wolf won the first race in 37.98 seconds and was three hundredths quicker in the second race to defend her title with ease.
South Korea’s Olympic champion Lee Sang-Hwa came second (38.14, 38.03), with China's Wang Beixing taking bronze.
US trio Shani Davis, Trevor Marsicano and Jonathan Kuck set a time of 3:41.72 to take pursuit gold ahead of Canada (3:41.85) and the Netherlands (3:43.44). >>
