The widened "ankle pockets" of thermoplastic foam ensure that the shoe is easier to mold around the ankle, resulting in an even more stable shoe. All known and proven properties of the Gold shoe remain unchanged.

The special durable outer body of the gold shoe is made of light but very strong kangaroo leather. The high quality lining and soft touch calf leather provides extra comfort, durability and minimal friction. The included wax laces are protected by a stretch leather lace cap for extra safety by preventing loose laces.

Easy entry

The entire shell is made of thermoplastic material, so that the shoe can be measured to the foot by heating and vacuuming [note: important difference between thermoplastic foam and thermoplastic material!*]. The excellent fit and comfort during skating are enhanced by the extra padding of thermoplastic foam and the orthopedically shaped arch of the foot. The sturdy shell and kevlar reinforced heel provide optimal support and stability.

Personalize your own color

Specific to the Gold shoe is the innovative closing system with which the lace cap can be replaced to customize the shoe according to your own choice of color combinations. With a choice of 20 nice colored caps you can give your skate a completely different look. The hoods can be replaced in no time with a patented ziplock system. Go for bright red, cozy yellow or exclusive gold or silver.
