The Oval shaped Matrix tubes are a new Viking Innovation. The specifically designed shape entails extra stiffness in the horizontal direction of the tubes. This will bring you a mighty amount of grip while maintaining a high level of control. All that without losing the flexibility in the blade, even under extreme demands. Combined with the characteristics of the high quality 66 HRC PM steel you will experience an amazing glide. Feel the momentum building up throughout the curve, the matrix blades will hold you all the way.

The tubes are made of a high grade 7000 series aluminum, a material that stands out for its strength and long-lasting endurance. The tubes, and therefore the bend radius, are precision milled for a tension free mounting of the blade. Another quality enhancing feature is that the flange on the blade has an evenly divided thickness across the entire length of the blade. Enjoy a Smooth glide, and an equal and predictable pressure distribution. A standard but important feature that provides for excellent stability is the pre-bend in the tubes. A perfect set pre-bend will bring ease in preparation and acts as a great base for solid pressure transfer and pure uncorrupted feedback from your material.

The Viking Star cup system provides a strong mounting interface designed for easy and efficient set-up and adjustment. The set comes with all the necessary mounting accessories and special torx key, all of high class quality.
